The ultra-high-performance activator is a new, high-performance inorganic mineral-based material independently developed by Kangjing New Materials Co., Ltd. Its main components are calcium oxide and silicon dioxide. It exhibits stable performance at high temperatures. The production process involves compounding various inorganic materials in specific ratios, followed by drying, crushing, fine grinding, shaping, grading, and sorting to produce an ultrafine nanomaterial with exceptional performance. The average particle size is less than 3 μm, D10 is less than 1 μm, and the specific surface area exceeds 2,000 m²/kg. This material possesses activity similar to that of ultra-fine slag powder and demonstrates higher strength compared to conventional cement. It can be used as an admixture or additive to enhance the performance of various products. Its primary applications include improving the efficiency of cementing operations in shale oil and gas wells, as well as enhancing early strength in cement and concrete and improving certain properties of concrete. Moreover, it boasts excellent alkali resistance, making it suitable for large-scale applications in marine engineering and offshore platforms.
