Account Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company’s products.
2. Based on the regional sales targets set by the company, develop a sales plan for this region, break down these targets, and organize their implementation.
3. Conduct customer development in the regional market and complete the layout of the distribution network.
4. Develop new customers, maintain existing ones, expand business channels, and regularly visit both new and old customers in the city area.
5. Monthly, be responsible for formulating regional product promotion activity plans and conducting post-event summaries and analyses for each activity.
Operations Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Independently take charge of product operations within the department, including but not limited to gathering and organizing product requirements, coordinating with product managers, following up on requirements, and tracking product performance after launch.
2. Based on operational goals and the current product status, establish an effective data-tracking mechanism; drive optimization of operational strategies in line with business development needs; and be responsible for implementing and executing online product promotion activities to achieve KPI targets.
3. Continuously monitor product performance, analyze user behavior and needs, stay informed about competitors’ moves, and conduct competitive analysis.
4. Based on the current operational situation, productize existing processes and optimize business efficiency.
Job Requirements:
1. Possess strong analytical skills and logical thinking, a sense of responsibility, high stress tolerance, and the ability to independently complete projects.
2. Demonstrate insight, independent analytical capabilities, as well as strong learning, innovation, and communication skills.
3. Be passionate about product operations and enthusiastic about innovation and tackling challenging problems.
4. Able to create PRDs and prototype diagrams; candidates with banking work experience or familiarity with installment e-commerce, community e-commerce, or online earning industries are preferred.
5. Possess stress tolerance, strong execution skills, and a quick learning ability.
