Engineering Background
The dam body and foundation are subjected to long-term water infiltration, often resulting in minor crack leakage and seepage within the reservoir area, which can compromise the safety and service life of the project.

Technical Challenges
Traditional grouting materials have large particle sizes and are difficult to penetrate cracks smaller than 0.2 mm.
After grouting, volume shrinkage occurs, making secondary leakage more likely.
Product Corresponding Features
High permeability: D90 ≤ 17.7 μm, penetrating into cracks less than 0.2 mm deep.
Waterproofing performance: The permeability coefficient after curing is ≤10⁻⁸ cm/s.
Long-term stability: Has the same service life as the dam concrete, with no shrinkage and no volatilization.
Professional Processes and Parameters
Seepage Control Curtain Grouting: A longitudinal seepage barrier is constructed at the dam foundation.
Expansion joint grouting: Seal concrete joints to prevent water leakage;
Recommended parameters: Grouting pressure: 2 MPa – 5 MPa; water-to-cement ratio: 1.0 – 1.2.
