Product Overview
Ultra-fine oil well cement is specially designed for cementing in high-temperature, high-pressure, and fractured formations. It maintains stable sealing performance even under harsh downhole conditions, with a compressive strength of ≥15 MPa at 60°C. It is suitable for cementing oil and gas wells as well as for plugging and leak-stopping operations during oil production.
Technical Features
(1) Strong permeability and excellent consolidation and sealing performance;
(2) Can thicken within 110 minutes;
(3) Can be stably used under high temperatures exceeding 200℃ and high pressures exceeding 20 MPa;
(4) Can increase oil and gas recovery rate by 3%–5%.
(5) Shortening the project cycle can effectively reduce non-productive time by 60%–70%.

The HSR500, HSR700, HSR1000, and HSR1340 can be matched to oil wells with different temperature and pressure ratings.
This product can be blended with conventional oilwell cement to enhance its strength and self-compacting properties. It is commonly used in cementing operations for oil and gas wells, including wellbore sealing and leak-stopping during production, annular space sealing around casing strings, high-pressure leak-prevention projects in deep wells, seepage control and reinforcement for special geothermal wells, sealing of gas storage reservoirs of the gas-storage type, and low-density cementing materials. When using this ultrafine oilwell cement slurry, it must exhibit adequate fluidity and proper density during injection into the well. After being injected into the well, the slurry should set relatively quickly and achieve substantial strength within a short period. Once hardened, the slurry should demonstrate excellent stability, impermeability, and resistance to corrosion.
