Product Overview
Kangjing ultrafine slag powder is produced by ultrafine grinding of blast-furnace slag, with an average particle size of less than 5 μm, a D10 value of less than 1 μm, and a specific surface area exceeding 2,000 m²/kg. Its chloride ion content is below 0.02%, making it suitable as an admixture or supplementary cementitious material to enhance the performance of concrete products. Its primary applications include accelerating the early strength development of cement and concrete and improving certain concrete properties, such as workability, early strength, and reduced hydration heat. Furthermore, its production process can be optimized and blended with other materials through co-grinding to meet specific application requirements.
Technical Features
(1) It can significantly enhance the strength of cement concrete, enabling the formulation of UHPC—ultra-high-performance concrete—and high-strength grouting materials.
(2) Inhibits the alkali–aggregate reaction in cement concrete, significantly enhances its resistance to such reactions, and improves its durability by strengthening its resistance to chloride ions and corrosion.
(3) Effectively enhances the seawater corrosion resistance of cement concrete, exhibits low adsorption of water and admixtures, and provides a certain degree of physical water-reducing effect;
(4) Reduce the amount of bleeding in cement concrete and improve its workability;
(5) Enhance the compactness of cement concrete and improve its impermeability;
(6) Significantly reduces the heat of hydration in cement concrete, making it suitable for the placement of mass concrete;
(7) Enhance the early-age strength of ballastless track slabs for high-speed railways;
(8) Improving the activation and enhancement of cementing and leak-sealing materials for oil and gas wells;
(9) The particles are uniformly sized, reaching the sub-nanometer scale, with stable active mass;
