Product Overview
Kangjing ultrafine ground granulated blast-furnace slag (GGBS) is produced by ultrafine grinding of blast-furnace slag, with an average particle size of less than 5 μm, a D10 smaller than 1 μm, and a specific surface area exceeding 2,000 m²/kg. Its chloride ion content is less than 0.02%. It can be used as an admixture or supplementary cementitious material to enhance the performance of construction products. Its primary applications include improving the early strength of cement and concrete and enhancing certain concrete properties—such as workability, increasing early strength, and reducing hydration heat. Furthermore, its production process and blended grinding formulations can be optimized and adjusted according to specific requirements.
Technical Features
(1) It can significantly enhance the strength of cement concrete and enable the formulation of UHPC ultra-high-performance concrete and high-strength grouting materials.
(2) Inhibits the alkali-aggregate reaction in cement concrete, significantly enhancing its resistance to this reaction and improving the durability of cement concrete by boosting its resistance to chloride ions and corrosion.
(3) Effectively enhancing the resistance of cement concrete to seawater erosion involves minimal adsorption of water and admixtures, while also exhibiting a certain physical water-reducing effect.
(4) Reduce the water bleeding of cement concrete and improve its workability.
(5) Enhance the compactness of cement concrete and improve its impermeability.
(6) Significantly reduces the hydration heat of cement concrete, making it suitable for the preparation of large-volume concrete;
(7) Enhance the early strength of ballastless track slabs for high-speed railways;
(8) Improve the activation and enhancement of cementing and leak-sealing materials for oil and gas wells;
(9) The particles are uniformly distributed, reaching sub-nanometer size, with stable active mass;
