Product Overview
The ultrafine cement brand “Panlongshan,” produced by Kangjing, is made by physical grinding of ultrafine particles with a particle size ranging from 1 to 10 μm. This product series features strong permeability, early high strength, and dense consolidation, making it suitable for complex geotechnical environments such as tunnel face areas, dam foundations, and fractured zones.
Technical Features
(1) Capable of penetrating microcracks (1–10 μm) to achieve deep-set consolidation;
(2) Compressive strength at 28 days ≥ 80 MPa;
(3) The water-cement ratio and setting time are adjustable;
(4) Highly adaptable to construction conditions, with a seepage-proofing and sealing rate of up to 99.9%;
(5) It causes no environmental pollution, offers high cost-effectiveness in construction, and can effectively shorten the project duration.

The K700, K1000, K1340, and K2000 each have different particle size distributions and coagulation properties as follows.
(1) K700: Suitable for tunnel/metro, hydropower, and shallow geological engineering projects.
(2) K1000: Suitable for mining, hydropower, petroleum, and deep geological engineering projects.
(3) K1340: Suitable for mining, hydropower, petroleum, and deep geological engineering projects;
(4) K2000: Suitable for engineering projects involving deep foundations in complex rock formations and high-end composite chemical processes.
This product has been widely used in waterproof grouting for subways and tunnels, treatment of fractured zones in mines, dam and groundwater sealing, concrete substrates for electromagnetic and neutron shielding, as well as leak-proof repair in oil wells and geothermal wells. It can significantly enhance the impermeability and stability of underground structures and is suitable for reinforcement and seepage control operations under complex geological conditions.
