Microfine oilwell cement (HSR series) for cementing and leakage control in oil/gas/shale wells. Strong penetration, high strength, adjustable density & thickening time.
Microfine oilwell cement is engineered for cementing and leakage control in oil, gas, and shale wells. It helps bond casing to formations, isolates oil/gas/water zones, prevents channeling, and stabilizes the wellbore with a dense cemented structure.
Strong penetration and reliable sealing performance
Dense structure after curing; plugging rate up to 99.9% (application-dependent)
Adjustable slurry density and thickening time; compatible with additives and blend systems
Stable use under high temperature (>200°C) and high pressure (>20 MPa) (system design dependent)
Typical grades include HSR500/700/1000/1340 with different fineness and thickening windows. For example, measured D50 (μm) ranges about 8.75 → 4.43 from HSR500 → HSR1340; thickening time roughly 78–123 min depending on grade.
