Tunnel water leakage is commonly caused by micro-cracks, joints, and fractured zones. In many cases, conventional cement grout cannot fully penetrate fine fissures, leading to repeated leakage. Microfine cement is designed to improve penetration and build a dense sealing body with high strength and durability. 

Why Microfine Cement?

Kangjing’s “Panlongshan” microfine cement is an inorganic mineral grouting material produced through crushing, grinding, shaping, classification, and separation. Typical particle size is 1–10 μm, offering strong penetration, high cured strength, and volume stability—while remaining environmentally friendly compared with chemical grouts.

Typical Grouting Workflow (Step-by-Step)

1.Assessment: locate leakage points, identify crack/joint/fracture patterns

2.Drilling & Packers: drill injection holes, install packers

3.Mixing: prepare stable grout with controlled water-cement ratio

4.Injection: control pressure and flow to avoid blowouts

5.Observation: monitor grout take and inflow reduction; adjust as needed

6.Curing & Verification: verify sealing effectiveness; apply supplementary injection if required
