Product Overview
This product is a high-performance, inorganic-mineral-based activating material independently developed by Kangjing New Materials Co., Ltd. Its main components are calcium oxide and aluminum oxide. It exhibits stable performance at high temperatures. The manufacturing process involves compounding and proportioning multiple inorganic materials, followed by drying, crushing, fine grinding, shaping, classification, and sorting to produce an ultrafine, nanoscale, high-performance new material with an average particle size of <3 μm, D10 <1 μm , specific surface area >2000㎡/kg It exhibits activity comparable to that of ultrafine slag powder and high cement strength, making it suitable for use as an admixture or mineral admixture to enhance the performance of finished products.
At the application level, it can enhance the efficiency of cementing operations in shale oil and gas wells, as well as improve the early strength of cement and concrete and optimize certain concrete properties. It also exhibits excellent alkali resistance, making it particularly suitable for large-scale applications in marine engineering and highly corrosive environments on offshore platforms.
